Hello! My name is Cesca and welcome to my little shop. I sell cute aesthetic original and fan merchandise! All items listed here are made, designed and hand drawn with love. 

• I make your orders (aside from charms) as they come in so please avoid cancelling.
• Orders will be processed in 7-14 days upon payment.
• Once a parcel has left my possession, I no longer have any control over it. I wish for your kind understanding.
• Refunds and cancellations are not allowed unless I sent a wrong product. Please understand that there are a lot of fees that don't return to me when I refund. :(
• As these are handmade items, please excuse minor imperfections especially on stickers. Please also note that decorative sticker sheets are not all waterproof. They are best for scrapbooking and journaling.
• Payments can be made through Paypal only. For more payment options, please check my Etsy. Prices may vary.
• Customers from EU are encouraged to buy from etsy since etsy computes the tax. You may still order from here however please note that the shop is not liable for any taxes that may occur while receiving the package.

SHIPPING AND TRACKING INFORMATION

ADVISORY: Parcels that have been shipped to the US from June- July with PHLpost are experienceing delay in arriving due to the new customs procedure by USPS. Please wait for your parcel patiently. I hope they will just be returned to me if it they are refusing entry. Worst case they don't get shipped back then I will be reshipping all of them by September. Unfortunately, I will not be making a profit off of these (maybe even negative) to cover for reshipping all of them TT I still hope they arrive though!

♥ If your country is not listed here, please do not proceed to order. I can only refund the shipping and items. Fees will not be refunded.

♥ All international orders are shipped using PHLPost for SEA, US & CA. A forwarder (Mykartero) for UK, EU and everywhere else.
Please wait for a few days for your tracking number to appear. I only ship tracked mails!

♥ I usually wait until there's at least 10 orders before shipping out.

♥ I ship 2 to 4 times a month depending on volume. Cut off of orders is Monday.

♥ Shipments for orders with a total of $200 and above (not counting shipping fee) will automatically be upgraded to express.
